During class, amidst the rhythmic flow of breath and guided meditation, Arenda experienced a tidal wave of emotions … love, acceptance, joy, sadness and anger. Inspired by the energetic shift within her, Arenda made the practice of intentional breathing a daily ritual. The experience brought her to the realization of the limitless potential of the human mind and body. Consequently, she pursued certification as a breathwork instructor and mindfulness meditation guide.
