DALIA HALABI

As a Lebanese American and Third Culture Kid, Dalia brings a culturally responsive and identity-affirming lens to her work. She understands how culture, gender, family systems, migration, and intergenerational experiences shape mental health, relationships, and the way we move through the world. Her approach is especially supportive for those navigating identity, belonging, emotional regulation, relational patterns, and life transitions.

Dalia offers both individual and group therapy, and draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches. Her work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) – informed therapy, parts work, inner child healing, attachment-informed and trauma-informed care, alongside evidence-based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. She also incorporates nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, yoga-informed therapeutic practices, and energy healing when appropriate.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, Dalia customizes her approach to each individual and group, thoughtfully blending modalities based on a person’s unique needs, goals, nervous system, and lived experience. Her work is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in real-life application.
